Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about the Construction industry? We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Commercial Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our commercial construction projects from planning to completion. This includes budgeting, contract negotiation, cost control, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
1. Managing all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.2. Developing detailed project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.3. Negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.4. Overseeing the execution of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.5. Monitoring project costs and implementing cost control measures to ensure project profitability.6. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.7. Ensuring all construction work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.8. Regularly reporting on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.9. Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.10. Continuously improving project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.2. Proven experience in budgeting, contract negotiation, and cost control.3. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.4. Excellent ability to plan and organize a team effort.5. Good client management and goodwill building ability.6. Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale of the teams.7. Competent in conflict and crisis management.8. Excellent time and project management skills.9. Strong communication and negotiation skills.10.
